Binding Proteins Particles

BioMag® particles with affinity binding proteins may be coated with the primary antibody or biotinylated molecule of interest through a straightforward incubation. They are also suitable for off-the-shelf use in applications, such as immunoprecipitation or PCR product clean-up.
With their tremendous surface area, BioMag® particles are ideal for purifications. Our antibody isolation kits provide a means for the efficient isolation of antibody from serum or cell culture supernatant, and our protein removal kits permit the depletion of ubiquitous proteins, such as albumin and immunoglobulin from serum, for a significant improvement in resolution of less abundant proteins.
